“Best for Privates” is used by cam sites to help customers to find models who are better at private shows. I first saw this appear on the sidebar of Stripchat a few months ago. (As of Aug 2024, this is still marked as a new feature) Just now I saw that Bongacams has followed suit.
What Is Best-for-Privates
A “Best for Privates” page typically shows you the thumbnails of all the models on the cam site who have done plenty of private cam shows and their shows were reviewed and rated by the customers.
It depends on the rules and criteria of individual sites, but the basic idea is that highly rated private-show models will get to the top of the page. See Bongacams way of rating here.
It has nothing to do with the private show cost. As we know, there are plenty of hot models who charge a humble fee per minute and still deliver a fantastic show.

At Stripchat, check out the top left corner of the screen if you are using a desktop computer. It is similar on the mobile, click on the “3 bars” menu button next to the Stripchat logo. If you are happy with what you see, then it’s fine. Enjoy browsing. If you have something specific in mind, then this is only the beginning. You can filter further on:

Stripchat Private Cost per minute
Stripchat private show can be as low as 8 tokens per minute. They group the price into:
- 8 – 12 tokens per minute
- 16 24 tokens per minute
- 32 – 60 tokens per minute
- 90+ tokens per minute
Depends on your budget or how long a show you would like to have, this price filtering helps you to plan and choose wisely.
Stripchat Show Type
The filtering lets you choose from:
- Cam2cam
- Spy on shows
- Recordable Privates
Cam2cam has the advantage that you can just talk to the model and you don’t have to type to chat. If you like to show yourself that’s great. If you don’t, you can always mask the camera and just let your voice come through and skip the video. (No, if you turn off, or cover the camera the model won’t be able to see you. Nobody can. We don’t have magic.)

Some people like to go back and watch their previously recorded private shows, especially if he has given very detailed and specific instructions to the model such that the model posed and performed exactly what he wanted. It is different from watching a random piece of porn on Pornhub. This is customized. If this is you, then don’t forget to use this filter to find models who let you record their shows. It is not necessarily true that all models let you record.
Age and Ethnicity filter on Stripchat
For age, there are:

Now, that is a very comprehensive and thorough filtering for you to find the best match model for the best private cam show. My only worry is that if you filter too much there will be very few options for you. So, choose your filters wisely. Don’t overdo it!
Bongacams’ Best for Privates
Bongacam lists “Best for Privates” as one of the categories. So, head to the “Categories” button on the top left corner and you should be able to see the new Best-for-Privates category.
How does Bongacams choose models for “Best for Privates”
Models who have completed at least 10 private shows that are at least 2 minutes long will be listed on this page.
What happened was that each time after a model has a private show that lasts longer than 2 minutes, the viewer will be asked to:
- Rating the show from 1 to 5 points
- Leave a review on the model’s profile page
- Send the model an extra tip
Obviously, the rating plays a big part in the ranking. The more happy viewers she has the higher the ranking.
On top of that, the model can also see the average score of the past 2 months. This is visible to the model only, but it helps the model to pace herself, and decide whether she wants to work harder to get better score.
How does it work
It is very new and it’s a bit confusing. There are more than 11 models live on that page so I don’t know where they get the number 11 from. But it doesn’t matter, does it? What matters is whether it helps you to find the best match show.
Unfortunately, it is too new (30th of August 2024). They are not really ready and Bongacams tried to push it to the viewers. After I clicked through to the “Best for Privates” page, there is a search box and some tags available on the top of the screen. But if you click one of these tags, it doesn’t say that it is under “Best for Privates” anymore. It takes you to the tag page!
Maybe we will give Bongacams a month or two. Wait till they test this thoroughly and fix all the issues before I give it a proper review again.
