It’s Thursday evening .. around 11pm PST. I was trying Bongacams on my usual time for Chaturbate so as to test and compare the 2 cam chat sites. I just want to know how the two sites compare in terms of traffic, viewers, site features, atmosphere and all that. And they are quite different.
There were about 200 models online. Within 5 minutes login I had about a dozen viewers. One good thing about Bongacams compare to Chaturbate is that with Bongacams they don’t just show the membership status of the viewer but also how many tokens they have in their pocket. And the viewer list is automatically sorted by tokens in descending order. Good news for models, not so good for viewers huh?
Soon, one person asked for a private cam session. I suddenly realised that I haven’t set my price for private! Quick! Look around.. where can I set it. His next question is going to be “how much for private?” But the setting is nowhere to be seen. I search around the whole broadcast screen and I just can’t find it!!!
I went back to the Bongacams main window, (broadcasting window pops up separately) on the left column it said “Model Control Panel”. I thought, that may be it. I clicked everything and still couldn’t find it until I clicked “My reports”… and there it is! It’s a set price by Bongacams. It turns out that models cannot set her own price for private cam session! It says,
Chat shows pricing:
Group chat per minute = 15 tokens
Private chat per minute = 30 tokens
Full private chat per minute = 45 tokens
Voyeur chat per minute = 7 tokens
While each token worths €0.05. that means €1.5/min for private. Cheaper than Chaturbate when girls who charge 30 tokens/min which comes to USD3.3 or similar to a 18 tokens/min (USD2).
And by the time I found out all about this that guy has gone. Lols.
